Am I doing this right?
The question crossed my path twice today. Once, this morning on a call with a copywriter. We're working on a little "refresher sequence" email (coming soon to inboxes near you), and we were talking about our "ideal client's pain points". I feel like the pain point of "overwhelm" is teased out far too often in blogs and email copy, and the question tumbled out of my mouth before I had a chance to stop it. Am I doing this right?
